Nicole Celestin attended the Art and Technique Academy of Hairstyling & Esthetics in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada where she received her cosmetology license. After receiving her license, she worked in Canada before moving to the United States, where she worked in a hair salon for 2 years.

Once the opportunity to open her own salon came, she couldn’t turn it down. Located in the heart of New City, across from the courthouse, she opened Nicole’s Hair Salon in 2006. It’s a family affair at Nicole’s Hair salon, where men, women, and children can get their hair done. Her prices are fair and she will make you feel comfortable.
